Longburn Public Exhibition Boards May 2016

Burcote Wind held Public Exhibitions surrounding Longburn Wind Farm on the 9th and 10th May 2016. It allowed the local communities to view our updated proposals and provide feedback on the planning application before it is submitted to Dumfries and Galloway Council in the coming months.

Longburn wind farm site location

The site of the proposed Longburn wind farm is located 6.7 kilometres east of Carsphairn and 11.6 kilometres west of Moniaive in the Castle Douglas and Glenkens area of Dumfries and Galloway. The map below shows the site location (outlined in red) in relation to these settlements. You can click on the image to enlarge it.
